These sessions are done over zoom. The Akashic Records are a record of every thought, word, emotion and deed of your soul since its inception. You can access unconscious information in the records and bring it to conscious awareness. This process reconnects you with your power because you can start to make decisions with far more information and conscious awareness. In these sessions, you get to ask your guides questions around spirituality, love, relationships, career, family or other topics. These are excellent for gaining clarity and hearing new perspectives that you may not have considered. These sessions are also meant for space holding. We can dive deep into the unconscious patterns that might be at play or blocking this area of your life. We can look into unconscious beliefs you might have and do some digging to understand the root of an issue. This is a space to do deeper work and I hold space for you to express your emotions. Witnessing can be incredibly powerful. Presence is a powerful tool for releasing blocked emotions. You are responsible for how you receive the information and for discerning whether the information feels right and true for you. Always tune into your body and intuition to see if the answers resonate.
