Free Healings
Deep Sleep Lullaby
This is a channeled light language lullaby meant to help you fall into deep sleep. It's a calming song. The light language works at a cellular level and targets the areas of your brain that may be preventing deep sleep cycles. It balances your brain chemistry. I always get better quality sleep on the nights that I listen to it. I sometimes feel like I got 8 hours when I only got 5.
Empath Daily Protection Meditation
It is a daily clearing for empaths to help you with not taking on anyone's emotions and being in your own energy. I use Sacred Light Technology to ground, cleanse and protect your energy. I also run a relationship healing between you and anyone you may encounter throughout the day to clear any unhealthy energy exchanges.

Pre-Recorded Healings
These are all pre-recorded healings that you can purchase and listen to at your own pace. I recorded all of them within the Akashic Records and asked the healing address the needs of the group. This means that even though the healing is general, it will still be tailored to the needs of everyone in the group.
Bone Healing Package
Package of three 15min recorded healings to support bone health. These healings use reiki, Sacred Light Healing, light language and they are channeled from the Akashic Records. Each recording targets a different section of the body. The intention for these is to release tension in the body by clearing old energy and emotions that are stuck deep in your bones and muscles.
Empath Support kit
This is a series of four recordings to support empaths in keeping their energy clear and protected. The first recording is meant to be listened to daily to clear and protect your energy (available for free above, so you can test the energy!). The next three recordings support you in holding energy boundaries with family, romantic partners and the collective (including social media).
Linden Tree Light Language
This is a channeled light language song from a beautiful Linden tree, along with a 10min grounding meditation channeled from the bark of the tree. When I connect with the plant, I ask the question “What is the deepest medicine that you have to share?” What I receiving was a beautiful song to help with grounding and integrating emotions.
Custom Healing Recordings
These are personally channeled healings where you let me know over email what you would like to heal. I go into your Akashic Records and ask to be guided on how best to heal the issue at hand. I then channel a 10-15min recorded healing and send it to you. For both Sacred Light and Reiki, I also offer 60min Zoom calls, you can find the links to book below.
