Boundaries

This is an 8 week class. Boundaries have been my absolute largest struggle on my healing journey since it began in 2017. I had to learn how to do what most people know how to do naturally. I had to overcome about a million and one fears to be able to FINALLY hold my boundaries. It was a slow and painful process for me. But, I've learned a lot along the way. I know what fears are behind the inability to hold boundaries. I know what mini steps you need to take to hold them. I know how friggen scary they are to hold and I've found the courage to hold them anyway. I want to share of all of what I've learned with you. So that you don't have to struggle like I did. Learning boundaries takes time, but it is so worth it. You get to live your life in a space of joy and peace because you no longer have hold the negative emotions of those around you. You get to reconnect with your loved ones because you won't have to deal with the pain of feeling all their negative emotions.

When: We meet every Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm EST. I really want this course to be interactive, so I can change the times based on who signs up, just let me know your availability! There will be replays if you miss class. 

The course will be hybrid, so you can either join online or at my home in Verdun. 

You can try the first class for free and then decide if you want to sign up.

Modules

4 of the classes will be dedicated to teaching what I've learned over the past 8 years while working on my boundaries. There will be practical exercises and a Q&A period.

4 of the classes will be dedicated to healing the patterns that cause us not to hold our boundaries. These will reinforce your ability to ground and protect your energy. They will help you embody your own energy. These can bring up lots of emotions, so there will be a sharing circle afterwards. We get to heal together in community. 

Week 1

What is an empath?

Different types of boundaries (energetic, physical, emotional, time, etc.)

Why many of us don't hold our boundaries and the unconscious beliefs that are behind it. 

Why setting boundaries is kind not only to yourself, but to others as well. 

Overview of my modalities : Sacred Light and the Akashic Records

Week 2

Sacred light healing and sharing circle

You will receive healing that will help you with grounding and being fully present in your body. We will send healing to your inner child and to some of the common unconscious beliefs around why people take on other's energy. 

Week 3

Techniques for how to ground, cleanse and protect your energy.  

What to do if you notice an entity in your energy field. 

Setting boundaries with energy vampires. You'll learn how to set your energetic boundaries in a way that people simply won't be able to drain your energy anymore. 

Sleep boundaries (no more accidentally battling demons in your sleep)

Week 4

Akashic Records Healing for reinforcing your spiritual boundaries. Journey through the Akashic records to connect you with your best method for protecting yourself. Possibility of meeting your guides or being shown how to create a bubble.  

Week 5

Boundaries in relationships: coworkers, family members, friends, romantic partners

Connecting with your body's yes and no. 

What is consent.

Conscious communication tools for setting clear boundaries. 

You'll learn how to connect with your body and listen to your emotions, they will tell you what your boundaries are, so you can clearly communicate them. 

The role of anger in boundary setting. How to listen to your anger and use it for setting firm boundaries without harming the other person.

Week 6

We reclaim our power this week!! In this healing, I will work with Elysia Hartzell and Kimberlie Carlson's "reclaiming my power" series. The goal is to reclaim the entirety of your energy that may have fragmented away over time. Sometimes we give away our energy in relationships and our energy stays with that person. With this, you anchor all of your light back into YOUR body. When you can fully anchor your own light, that's when you stop having issues with boundaries because there just isn't space for other people's stuff in your body anymore. 

Week 7

We will review everything we learned together and this is your time to ask questions. We will also apply what we've learned with practical exercises. You can share any difficulties you've been having and we will problem solve together. 

Week 8

Healing for connecting with your body and your emotions. Healing to help you to connect with your body and understand the messages that it is telling you. Healing around discernment.
