You let me know via email what you'd like to work on and I channel a 10-15 reiki recording and send it to you. For these, instead of channeling reiki through my hands, I channel through my voice and you receive through listening to the words. You get to keep the recording and you can listen to it anytime you don't feel well. 

These are short, but powerful! You receive a new layer of healing each time you listen to it. These are great because you can listen to it daily and reiki works best when you receive it regularly.
