Empath support Kit

This package contains 4 pre-recorded healings. One of them is available for free on my website in the “free healings” section. If you’d like to get a feel of what the energy in this package is like, you can go and listen to that.

These healings are channeled within the Akashic Records, and I asked what the collective most needed. These are Sacred Light healings, a modality by Kimberly Carlson and Elysia Hartzell.

These are the healings that are included:

1-     Daily purification:

This is meant to be listened to daily in the morning to clear and protect your energy for the day. It has Sacred Light purification, which clears, grounds and protects your energy. It also clears your home, your car and any pets you have in the home. I also included a relationship healing with anyone you might interact with throughout the day, so that you hold your energy boundaries within any relationship you may encounter during the day.

2-     Family healing:

This is a very thorough healing that may bring up a lot of emotions around your family. It is meant to heal both your relationship with your family as a whole and your relationship with individual family members. I ran the relationship healing with many different types of family members. If you have a specific relationship that you’d like to work on, you can always set the intention not to receive the full healing and just receive healing around the specific relationship you want to work on. The relationship healing clears relationship patterns, stuck emotions in a relationship and issues with boundaries, such as taking on others’ emotions or allowing them to drain your energy.

I recommend listening to this recording a few days before you have any big family events or family vacations. This way, you can work through some of your emotions around your family before you see them. Working through your emotions beforehand means you won’t get as triggered when you see them and your energetic boundaries will already be in place. You’ll be less likely to take on your family’s emotions and to allow them to drain you.

3-     Romantic Relationships

This healing is meant to help keep your energy boundaries strong within your relationship. Ensuring that you don’t take on too much of your partner’s energy and lose yourself within the relationship. I use two tools called reclaiming your heart and reclaiming your sexual organs. This helps ensure that your energy stays in your own body and you have a healthy energy exchange. Keeping the feeling of your body being your own. I also included healing around being able to connect with your body and knowing your yes and no. This is to help with navigating touch boundaries with your partner, so you know what you want and what you don’t.

It also clears pent up emotions that might be stuck in the relationship. So if you have years of anger and resentment built up, it can help to clear that and bring in forgiveness. I also included healing to improve communication with your partner. I included a tool called “stand your ground” to assist you in speaking up for yourself in your relationship.

This healing can also be used with exes and help clear up any cords and lingering emotions or energetic connections.

4-     Social Media Healing

This healing helps you stay calm and grounded, even when there is collective chaos. Social media can be very triggering, and this recording helps disconnect you from collective energy. I send sacred light purification to cleanse and protect your social media pages, to clear out negative energy and protect your social media from negative people. I also do energy work around news and politics, to help clear any emotional triggers you have in this area.

I’m terrified of posting things on social media and I often use this if I need to clear my fear of being seen. It always feels easier to post after I listen. I also listen to the recording after I do marketing on social media to help clear any fears that came up.
