Package of 3-15min recorded healings to support bone and muscular health. The intention for these is to release tension in the body by clearing old energy and emotions that are stuck in your bones and muscles. Once the energy is cleared, the reiki replenishes you with healthy chi energy.

I use a combination of reiki, Sacred Light and light language in these healings.

This healing is designed to support you in gently releasing the emotional and ancestral energy held in the bones and muscles — the places where we often store our deepest patterns and old stories. The healing also brings conscious awareness to the steps you need to take in order to heal. In my case, listening gave me a nudge to go see my dentist. It may also bring in awareness around emotions to be worked through.

Each healing targets different parts of the body:

Healing 1 - targets the mouth, teeth, tongue, jaw, skull, ears, eyes, neck and upper spine.

Healing 2 - targets the the spine, the back, the arms, hands, chest, ribs and shoulders.

Healing 3 - targets the lower spine, hips, legs and feet.
